Orcy fun!

Just a little bust for testing out some new paints. While at Adepticon a few painters had talked about Ionic paints with much praise. I picked up the base set plus a few colors that caught my interest. This is technically the second time trying them. I got really frustrated with them the first time, felt very sticky almost glue like.

But after talking with some other painters found the trick to getting them to work in a more my style way. Definitely not bad once I got them working for me but don't thinking they'll be replacing my main paint range. Definitely happy to have tried them and they seem like alright paints, just not for me. But like all things in this hobby it's about finding the right tools for you and your style.
