Tactical Marine

The "tactical marine" was the start of an idea that someone STRONGLY suggest I put in the Reaper MSP open. This went in as a goofy idea and a play on the idea of an a elite space force always having a tactical rock to stand upon.

How do you get it? When reaper does the Halloween Swag/grab bags in October there's a chance for you to get a rock. This could be include in the October 5th swag bag.
