First miniature of the year.

Like the title says. I haven't painted anything in over a year. I ended up with some extra free time so started going through some old projects I had started but never finished and came upon this big guy. I think I picked him up pretty cheap after beastmen were kicked out of AoS. He was also an experiment with the first time using an airbrush and GW contrast paints. Both were failures in my book.
Contrast paints don't look great on big models and using an airbrush is a skill I'm willing to put the time into. But live and learn, I guess. And after 5 years or so sitting in a closet he's finally done. Shame I can't use him in anything.
