Trench Crusade - Trench Stench - Phosphor Witch Matriarch
It's 3D sculpted by Westfalia Miniatures, 3D print and in approximate 7cm height, I personally name it "Grand Artillery Witch", since I find this "Phosphor Witch Matriarch" was very difficult to memorize.
