Vet Sgt Brasidias

The Heavy Intercessors are painted, but I'm not sure if I'm happy with the outcome. This squad was always intended to be a tester for the army.
My justification for the particularly heavy weathering (beyond my usual lack of restraint) is that they are locked in battle with the Rust Devils and the Rust Nanovirus is taking its toll.
