So I've recently been preparing to move into a flat with my partner. This whole homeowner process is a lengthy one anyway; part of it has been going through our belongings and sorting the bits we don't want or need anymore. I found my very outdated tablet, which I had as a teenager, and on which there were these pictures.
These are the only remnants I have of my original Warhammer collection, which I started at age 6. Unfortunately, I made the massively regrettable decision to sell all of it just before college.
I painted all but one model in these pictures, which is Skarsnik and Gobbla, which my mum painted up for me as a present. All the other models I painted up myself and played many tabletop games with.
It has been amazing to look at these models again, not only for the nostalgia but also to see how far I've come. It's nice to think that a younger me would be awestruck if he saw the models people paint today (and in disbelif and some of the ones I've painted).
