I can never decide what to paint next, so I asked my sister to pick something from my ever-growing Pile of Gray Shame. This was her choice, and I'm really glad she picked it!
One of the reasons I enjoy painting busts is that they let me focus on improving a few specific skills without committing to a full-sized miniature. For this project, I concentrated on smooth blending, rich gold metallics, and painting a darker skin tone—areas I'm always looking to refine.
