Masters of the Ballroom in as much of the 'waltz' sense as the 'vogue' sense, their black and white fashion is in part created by their Turf, putting a monochrome filter on anything entering their dance hall home base.
This miniature was kitbashed and painted as part of the City of Espers - Create-an-esper art jam. Using prompts from a set of roll tables (included in this post), I had fun digging eround in my bits box for pieces to bring this dapper gentleman to life.
For this mini the prompts were: Black and yellow, film noir, dancing, cyberdeck, Mind Knife.
