3D Printed Boat
This is a 3D printed boat that we use for D&D. It carries four miniatures on 1" bases. We didn't even travel by boat during the most recent quest, yet it was requested that the boat come with us to be part of the scenery.
The boat was designed by Printable Scenery and 3D printed by EnderToys, of Seus Corp Ltd. in Las Vegas, NV. It was printed with PLA filament and has texture inherent with spool filament printers, which looks great on miniatures that have a wood grain.
The following paint colors were used:
NicPro Primer Mars Black
NicPro Primer White
Golden Artist Acrylics Burnt Sienna
Golden Artist Acrylics Burnt Umber
Golden Artist Acrylics Cobalt Turquoise
Golden Artist Acrylics Mars Black
Golden Artist Acrylics Primary Cyan

FDM printers were made for printing wood grain. Is the boot up against chunks of ice or waves? Either way, I love the color transitions and shading. Looks awesome!
