Wanted this guy to be in the same language visually but a bit of a different dialect. Since he has his face still I imagined a decayed face and went with orange and blue before weathering the cloth down to keep it in that same icky reality. This dude looks leader ish or lesser adjacent in my opinion so I wanted his staff to reflect that and he has a bit of Irridescent pearl metallics on his staff scepter thingy accordingly. One more to go, and that guy has a laundry list.
