Amber the Goblin Warrior
I'm continuing to practice NMM. This is such a difficult skill for me to learn. I'm trying to pick models with smaller amounts of metal, so I don't feel too overwhelmed with the process. This lovely little goblin from Twin Goddess Miniatures had a perfect amount of metal to practice on.
It's far from perfect, but I feel it is reading closer to metal than my previous attempts. I find the weapon the most difficult part. I will keep watching tutorials and keep practicing!
Anyone have any secret tips that helped you learn NMM?

Lovely work! Her eyes are so expressive and I love how you can see the strands of her hair.
With regards to your question on NMM, I'd say the biggest tip I've found for establishing more convincing NMM is understanding values. (You can see them easily with a B&W photograph of your mini.) Your highlight color is the same value on each edge, so it makes the light source confusing to the viewer, and it reads less like metal.
