Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars: Legion
Even though he's not available in standard games, he's still super fun to paint! I wanted to capture his look when he first found Vader smoldering on the cinders of Mustafar, getting that evil glow from the lava fields.
I used a combination of airbrush, dry brushing, and glazing to get the orange glow. Corkboard was used for the base to prop him up a little and help him stand out on the field a little better.
