Sir Pustulio, Knight or Nurgle

Sir Pustulio seeks ever to grow and to spread his pus on everything. The large pus sack on the side of his head contains more of his mind that anyone finds comfortable, even the other champions of Nurgle. His lance spreads corruption with every hit and he likes to leave his foes alive to mutate after the battle. He doesn't know why Nurgle mutated his horse into a miniature elephant but it knows all its old commands even if it has new mannerisms.
Kitbashed from a chaos knight and a 3D printed shield, attached to the model with greenstuff made tentacles. The elephant is a very old miniature made of pewter from the 70s or 80s that I got secondhand.
