How cute is this little lady and her mimic? This is yet another model by Twin Goddess Miniatures. Have I mentioned how much I love painting their models?
I was going for a bronze type NMM on the mimic, but I think I missed the mark. Maybe my highest highlight is too heavy? I also think the pink on her clothing and shoes was too light for her skin tone after taking pictures. But I am happy that I am continuing to push myself on learning NMM!

Wicked job on the mimic face. Love how that looks. I can kinda tell the NMM effect you were going for but something reads a little off for the metal for me (I’m no expert haha).
I'm kind of getting the sense it’s like a bunch of metal pieces that are individually reflecting instead of the chest object as a whole being a reflective thing. Just some thoughts. Lovely work!
