This is Reaper Miniatures Elven Blacksmith sculpted by Bobby Jackson.
I like the variety of Reaper's townsfolk line. I probably wouldn't have thought to have an Elven Blacksmith available as an NPC if I hadn't stumbled across this wonderful mini.

I just bought this model. Been just getting some of those random NPC models myself. Player models are great but need some variety.
