Queen Maladrix, the Conqueror

This sculpt is incredible, and I decided to include some pictures of the painting process as well. I'm very happy with how this one turned out, though there has been some wearing down of the paint from all the games played with it at this point. I varnish my minis of course, but they still chip with use, maybe that's just the reality of using painted minis, but if you have any tips on that regard, please share them in the comments!

The base is about 35mm by 80mm (peanut shaped).
