Me and some friends have been in a Hobbit MTG sealed league and since our prize support is scant, I wanted to create a diorama to be a trophy for our grand winner.
The diorama is of course on a magic card and it was a ton of fun to paint a more "artistic" style than just a standard paint job. I was inspired by a zine that I picked up that uses a very high contrast, neon, scratchy style. I don't think I'll paint everything this way but it was super fun to paint something so different.
