Spirit Torment & Chainghasts

he Spirit Torments, also known as Shacklegheists, are the lords of Nagash's prisons. They are sent by the Lord of Undeath to personally fetch and entrap souls that he feels have personally wronged him, such as the Stormcast Eternals. These souls are then taken to the Great Oubliette, a continent-sized jail, where they are left to be tormented for all eternity.

Chainghasts are those poor souls who in life were imprisoned and cried out to gods other than Nagash for freedom. Naturally, this drew the ire of the Great Necromancer, who cursed them to remain in captivity as unquiet wraiths bound to Spirit Torments.
