Commissar

An Officer of the Officio Perfectus. The Commissar ensures that members of Astra Militarum serve faithfully to the god emperor and maintain moral by any means necessary. A wavering guardsmen may choose an honorable death in battle or be made an example of by a well placed plasma shot.
