Special request project from my father

This was a project that my father asked me to paint up for him. He showed me a picture of (what I am assuming was AI art) a mech, and asked me to paint up a BattleTech model to look as close to it as I could. I used Vallejo Special FX Frost on the base, and decided to leave the rim of the base alone when the frost crystals started to creep down the sides. This was my first time mostly using a makeup sponge to apply the paints.
