RTB15 MK7 Space Marine Sarge

Hi all! Heres my Space Marine Strike Force Sarge that I finished up a few weeks back. I was really happy to finally happen upon one of these actually complete a number of months back. Had been waiting a while for another to pop up! As soon as I saw this old bad lad, I nabbed him the moment I laid eyes on him! He arrived with four odd layers of super thick paint gooped on! Threw him in my stripping jar and got him back down to bare metal again. The old paint literally came off in a few thick and rather slimy chunks! I was going to use an old Sneakie Beakie power fist on him (modified to fit a proper MK7 shoulder pad), but opted to go with a 2nd edition version instead. Drilled out a socket, got it set in place properly and off I went. Was really happy when everything was all painted and assembled! Seeing him turn out the way he did, youd never think he arrived looking like something that spent years at the bottom of someones bits box! Anywho, Im still neck deep in finishing up my Lemartes for Las Vegas Open. I will most likely have him wrapped up mid next week! Did a few things to make him a bit different than the out of the box variety! Im really looking forward to wrapping him up, showing you guys what he looks like and finally entering him in LVO the first weekend of October! But yeah, I hope you all have an awesome weekend!
