Female Sphinx

A mythical creature with the body of a lion and a human head, widely known in Greek mythology sphinxes were female, winged, and known for lethal riddles.

I enjoyed painting this model, I did her for fun but after I had finished I think she makes a good display piece too. I had been trying to get a good color combination for a golden feather look. I believe I hit it on the head with this one. Enjoy the riddle at the beginning of the post and remember, it gets better.
