An alternative paint scheme to Fia Bonny the Void Siren. I used sand from a sandbox for the base. Painted it using contrast paints, washes, and clear coats. Then I took dirty downs snot effect and laid it on top. It's transparent nature allowed it to show the painting underneath giving the water the blue look. The stringy nature allowed me to pull the snot giving the splashing wave looks.
