Long Rest

This mini is called Long Rest by Reaper Miniatures and was painted for their Reaper Challenge League.

I have been experimenting more with mixing colors. I am continuing to love both the new Reaper MSP Remastered paints and the new Gilded Goblin paints. This model is painted using both lines.

I was going for a look of a fighter/adventurer who has been out on the road. She's been battling, maybe doing some mercenary work or helping out a village. She's finally completed her task and has been able to clean up some and earned a little respite. I am so happy with how she turned out. I definitely could have done more with lighting. Had this be a night scene with her illuminated by the fire. I enjoyed painting his figure enough that I may purchase another and try a night scene in the future.
