Darkoath Chieftan on Warsteed

I just love a good cavalry model. There's something about the elevation and animal element they bring. Heck, even a motorcycle, which I should paint more of. But this Cheiftan is special because he marks a day in time. This was finished and photographed a few hours before I left for Denmark, to visit the Army Painter factory. Each model I paint, I can remember when it was in time and how I felt. This one, even more so. Ride strong, Horselord!
