This is the Heroscape Iron Lich Viscerot and Necrotech Wraithriders. A friend of mine said looked like the riders were on circus balls, which brought about this idea of the Necrotech riders as clowns and the Lich as their ringleader. I used Army Painter and Citadel paints on these.
