Done for the Mecha May Competition.
Underglow is quickly becoming one of my signature painting styles, this time I opted for a greeny toxic glow using Golden High-Flow Fluorescent Green and Chartreuse. My airbrush helped me establish general locations on the Warhound and base for the lighting, and then everything was refined with a brush.
The use of reddish orange OSL helped contrast against the green and draw attention to the upper half, as does how sharp the colours are up there. A little bit on the end of the tank's cannon helps it be noticeable amidst the green haze of below.
