Mortis Engine
I loved the Mortis Engine model ever since it was revealed. A few years ago I was able to get the model and I painted it up to substitute for a Black Coach in my Nighthaunt army.
No conversions, but I did decide to not include certain bits (the swirling banshees and the front of the bone cage) because I wanted to change the profile.

I don’t know the sculpt well enough but I feel the uh…subtractions? Are very tasteful.
Love the balance of color temperature between the ghostly bits and the more grounded metal and skeletal bits. What’re you using for the copper-y metal? Love that tone.
