Hi all and happy Thursday as always! Given all the normal Dark Angels troops are out of the way, I can finally start posting the more "fun" minis of the display!
Here is the Dark Angels Sarge model. He took a bit of restoration work. Ive had this guy since my teen years from way back in the 90s. At the time, I wound up cutting off his power sword and using it on a different mini. I snipped it off using large headed wire cutters and wound up messing up the sword hand pretty bad. I sat down and rebuilt said hand using half a plastic hand, some green stuff and a power sword from the 2000s Commander kit. Wound up pinning the sword in place so its a solid mount and wont snap off. First time Ive rebuilt something this detailed!

Anywho, I hope you all like this lil Dark Angels bad lad I restored and my painting tutorial I put together! Today is the last day before Las Vegas Open, and I have a Sisters of Battle bust to finish. Down to her backpack which is nearly done! She will be my 9th and final entry in the painting comp.
