Masters of the Sword and Signs: In battle, they rely on two swords—a steel one for humans and a silver one for monsters. They also use simple but effective magic called Signs and strengthening potions that would kill an ordinary person. They should be impartial bounty hunters who rid the world of fiends, strigas, and drowned ones for money. In practice, however, they often get entangled in high politics and moral dilemmas, where the line between “monster” and human is often very thin.
