A CGL Marauder from the Legends blind boxes. I added a super downscaled car from Wargames Atlantic and the PPC effect is from WarZone Miniature. I chose the effect based on the Lorentz Plasma Cannon you can see in YouTube, which is pretty close to what I'd call a PPC.
Street markings and 'Mech iconography are all freehand.
