Rahel

I knew this piece called for dramatic lighting when I saw it, so it felt like a perfect opportunity to try opposing light sources and OSL for the first time.

It also felt like a great opportunity to attempt a study on the palette of Patrick J Jones. I think I learned a lot from this piece, and while I definitely took artistic liberties with both the glow and my initial inspiration, I am quite happy with how she turned out.

What a wonderful capstone for a year in the miniature painting community.
