I almost gave up on this one. In fact, I did give up on this one and started my next project. But then I gave up on giving up and went back to it. I re-primed the bits I was unhappy with (mostly her face) and wound up being pretty happy with the outcome. There's probably a lesson in there somewhere, but I'll be damned if I know what it is.
Mini is from Flesh of Gods Miniatures.

Love the skin tone you choose. Works well with the clothing and hair color. The bold red on the lips is killer. Did you add a tiny specular highlight there or is that just the natural gloss of the paint?
