This mini is part of a set of Dragonlance characters, but I don't actually know who he is, so we're calling him Rando the Librarian. Because I didn't know who he was and he wasn't the most exciting mini in my pending pile, I almost tossed him, but decided to use him as an OSL learning project instead. I'm glad I did! I'm pretty happy with how it came out.
