Meanwhile, at Spiral Hill...

I wanted to make a fun diorama after being gifted some bits and minis from MungosMarvelousMinis that reminded me of The Nightmare Before Christmas. It was the first time I painted a freehand backdrop for a miniatures project. The "fire" was made from holographic cellophane. The bricks were made from pink insulation foam, cut to size and tumbled with rocks to soften the corners. There are also rocks from my backyard as the firepit.
