This especially hideous lady is by Gardens of Hecate and Meridian miniatures, painted both as an example piece for an upcoming article on my website about using bones and skeletons in your basing, as well as as a boss monster for my games of Silver Bayonet.
The wings were a pain - they're like flat flaps of skin, with no "skeleton" for the bones, so I had to essentially draw on where the wings' skin would go and try to add texture to the wings that wasn't on the model. Painting with Blood for the Blood God instead of just globbing it on in places was surprisingly effective, though! The gore on the base is partly Dirty Down "Snot" and partly Vallejo texture paste, with bones and trinkets placed around to look like decomposing remains in her next. Imagine the stink!
