I had a fun side project going with these two women. the Protagonist/anti-hero sisters from the video game, animated series on netflix. both kits came in multiple pieces that allowed easy partial assembly/painting. I drilled out the holes in the manifolds. I wanted to try to do some cell-shading methods along with TMM and OSL. Both Kits had a lot of freehand for the tattoos and graffiti. The cell-shading was fun but hard to not slip back to instinctive smooth shading. For metallics I used the Vallejo TMM series. The purple, blue and pink metallics were from Darkstar. The bases were meant to be scrap metal /steam punk so I used the vallejo metal color series to get burnt, dull metal effects. Some cell shading black line the cell edges.I did not like that effect so I did the non-outlined method. This was fun and hope to find more kits to try in future.
