Cthonic Entity

The Cthonic Entity from Cthulhu: Death May Die is less “monster” and more “existential crisis with tentacles.” I didn’t try to interpret it—I just followed the sculpt’s lead and let the brush do the screaming. Oils and acrylics together with a palette that whispers “your sanity is optional” helped bring this unknowable horror to life. It’s one of those pieces where the paint feels like it’s reacting to the miniature, not the other way around.
