Glade of the Evil Oak

Since the Genre tag only allows one choice I went with Fantasy. This is model is from Steam forged games and their Epic Encounters series. It was hard to paint this model due to it being one piece and having to get into the lower half.

I looked up some images of what an Oak tree would look and thought maybe making it a golden oak but decided to keep it simple. After painting the model I thought why not make the trees on its back look more alive rather than being barren and corrupted. So I took some stuffing that is used on stuff animals and wrapped it around the branches and then added thick green flock on that.
