The Great Pumpkin

It's Halloween season and that means it's time for the annual Halloween-themed mini! This year it's this beholder/eye tyrant/pumpkin head from Flesh of Gods. This is a 3D print in resin at 32mm scale. The paint job came together surprisingly fast. i spent the most time on the orange shell and the central eye (let's hear it for gloss varnish for that glassy sheen on the eye!). The whole time I was working on it I was thinking of Linus from "Peanuts" and his annual vigil waiting for "The Great Pumpkin." Sometimes you should be careful what you wish for!
