Valeria - The Light of the Dark Sun
I tried to imitate some green steel armor that was done on a bust version of Valeria by the incredibly skilled MB_Shizune on Instagram. While they used a cold blue green in an undead version, I used a warm yellow green light. It was an incredible learning experience for volumes and reflections on metal to do the NMM.

Love the greens on this (I'm a fan of green ;) ) The subdued red on the robe is really nice too. The only critique would be because of the high contrast green and stark white hair, the face feels kinda flat and washed out. Faces are where we "want" to look on a piece, but the higher contrast pulls our eyes away and it ends up being a competition be tween the armor and the face.. If you're open to doing more work or adjusting the face, I'd look at bringing more color to the face - more warmish, almost red, tones. Since red, like the color on the cloak, is the complimentary color to green, this should bring a little more balance and less competition to the overall piece. And the details on the metal work is great too! Nice job.

@Big_Shoota_Studios Thank you for the feedback! I didn't even consider the hair would wash the face out, but now that you've pointed it out, I can see it. Your feedback is noted, and it's something I will consider moving forward! Thank you!
