High Elf Spellsword - Cerindelia of House Verani

High Elf Spellsword - Cerindelia of House Verani

This was a fun model to paint. I love all the movement with this mini. It feels more alive with the flow of the cloth and hair and the effect of the spell sword. One thing I am noticing looking at these pics again, is that I went a little too heavy on the varnish. I see that it pooled some in the cloth. I need to watch that in the future.

I didn't realize you typically varnished. Are you applying with a brush? That's generally how I've tried it in my experience, but it seems like you may have some better insight on that and varnishing generally.

dynamic pose-maxxing lol. Love how you've done the energy bit on the sword. That value transition is sick.

Awesome. Hey, are you using true metallic metal in this one? It looks incredibly well done, the shading of the plates and gaps adds so much depth!

Great work on this the fair and facial details have turned out nicely really like the shine youve gotten on the armour too 🤩🤘
