Necron Overlord With Tachyon Arrow

I got into Warhammer 40,000 in 3rd edition and my best friend played Necrons. He painted his silver with blue armor panels and when I picked up this mini I wanted to paint it in homage to Charles' old scheme with what I've learned in the intervening 23 years.

The only thing I did different was the orange blade for contrast. The base is purple hued rubble/ ground with blue blue sand overtop and some neon blue/purple tufts.

Maybe I'll start an army and paint this scheme, until then, cheers, Charles.
