2010 Lelith Hesperax

I decided to take a few weeks away from commissions to pump out some practice minis for fun and to push myself.

So...I finally got around to painting the beautiful relic of a bygone age: Lelith Hesperax from 5e 40k.

Beautiful sculpt by Juan Diáz. Unfortunately the weather got squirrelly on me mid-prime, but I took it as a challenge to see if I could salvage a suboptimal prime.

All in all, I think she still turned out pretty great. I'm very happy with the result for the time invested while also troubleshooting the primer fuzz/powder.

Resorted to a stiff bristled brush to hit the worst area with, which actually turned out pretty great, honestly, all considered.
