My skellie bois on horse that I got in the Deathrattle Army Box. Painted these a few months ago, but just took pictures now. This was my first horse-rider type model so I was nervous going into it. I tried some new basing bits from Epic Basing and some the GW skulls.
I tried to experiment with shading, especially the metal bits, but I found I loss so much of the metallic gloss/sheen. Also my layer lines have these huge jumps in value, that didn't both me while I painting, but they sure do now. I'll probably leave that mark of shame as mark of my painting history lol.

Series S Brushes
Don't sweat the layering, I bet they look great on the table a couple feet away. My style up close looks exagerrated, but on the table the details can be picked up instead of a blob of color.
