Darkoath Marauder

Taking the Warhammer Darkoath Marauder "Mini of The Month" the idea was to be able to create a display piece but retain the playable mini by creating a cutout in the plinth to accommodate the 25mm base.

I aimed to create a edge of woodland scene that portrays the Marauder leaving the edge of a woodland copse to defend his position/attack an unseen enemy.
