First Squad painted after getting back to hobby

I got back into the hobby nearly 4 years ago now. I had to wait on some medical treatment and surgery and I found myself looking back at childhood hobbies which thanks to my parents (especially my dad) I was heavily supported in collecting warhammer. I used to collect fantasy orks and goblins so went for goblins in AoS and later pivoted to Orruks. I had a friend who wanted to get in on the hobby so he chose, what were once refered to as, Lizardmen as the opposing force.
Post surgery I was able to paint more and I got this unit of ard boyz painted up in a old style Black Ork scheme.
Sadly I lost love for the orruks but havent abandoned AoS (I will post the new army models once I get round to painting then.
