My first time painting for a competition. I originally saw this Goblin Apprentice mini from WWScenics months ago, and I'm glad it shipped in time for this. I mixed inks with Acrylic paints to achieve more vibrancy, and I love how it turned out! I hope to return to this piece someday and expand upon it even more, some elements were cut to make the deadline, but I'm still happy with the final result, I hope you all enjoy this and everyone else's entry!
This feels like some kind of optical illusion, because I see the top of the bookshelf as flush with the frame, but the bottom clearly isn't. Was that intended? Is this a book nook? 😅
