Dwarf with big gun

I had fun exploring mixing and glazing orange on the green of the jacket. I also had fun with a shiny steel look on the gun. And I rarely paint with black but his gloves and boot soles really needed it and I think it helps warm up the dark skin tone to have a darker cold color around. Also got to sneak in a little copper NMM which is always a fun challenge for me. This was my first attempt at a snowy base. The base itself is a piece of tree bark and I put little patches of baking soda over dabs of super glue to build up the snow texture. Then I primed and painted it so no baking soda is showing through. I think it could be better but I can live with it and it gave me ideas and experience I can take to the next snow base. All around this was a really fun mini to paint.
