Operation: Black Coach Rescue (Update 1)

I have successfully stripped of the majority of the paint on my rescue Black Coach! Afterwards, I spent quite a bit of time cleaning off the remaining mold lines, gap filling, gluing some damaged pieces, 3d printing out an appropriate sized base (and sanding that), and finally sculpting a replacement wheel in Blender. (Picture 2) While the 3d model of the wheel isn't an exact match, I'm hoping that some green stuff sculpting might help disguise it once I've got it printed. Wish me luck!

Operation: Black Coach Rescue

I am working on rescuing a Nighthaunt Black Coach that I got used ($10!!!!) . It was covered in thick primer, sprue clippings, and mold lines. Unfortunately one of the coach's front wheels and the base are missing so I'm going to have to figure that out soon. The photo above is where I'm currently at after a bath in isopropyl and some diligent mold line removing. Some of the primer is very thick, so it might need multiple soaks. I'm liking the posts feature!
